On August 21, 2017 day will turn to night, the temperature will drop, the sun will disappear completely, and a total solar eclipse will make its way across the United States. Haywood County will witness the eclipse around 2:30 p.m. EDT. It’s time to start planning your visit! The Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina is a pristine location for witnessing this rare event. We will have a special farm to table summer menu and a feature cocktail to help you enjoy this event. We are not open Monday but we are open Tuesday to Saturday nights! The Time Has Come For A Change!
As summer comes to an end we have decided to point our efforts in a slightly different direction. We are happy to announce that we will no longer be serving lunch, however we plan to open for a Saturday/Sunday brunch in October this fall and all season from Easter to Halloween next year. I will be writing a follow up for those of you interested in the reasons. But in short this a solid business decision based on changes in our small market and it will provide a better life balance for the owners and management without losing too much revenue. We are excited to have more time to focus on our dinner menus and looking forward to bringing back the brunch favorites that so many of you have asked for. We thank all our employees, friends, family and guests over the past 7 years. We hope you will understand this decision and come see us for dinner soon!
