Spring Sparkler Wine Dinner Dishes. Thanks to all our great friends who came to this dinner, we had a great time cooking and hope you enjoyed the evening. We are planning the next feature dinner for August and are creating a 5 course dinner in which each course will recreate a dish we had in each of the cities we just visited, Seminyak, Ubud, Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Saigon paired with wines and signature cocktails we want to share from our trip. We will release the date in the coming weeks.
