Frogs Leap Public House, a small independently owned restaurant in Waynesville, is seeking an experienced, motivated and skilled line cook. You will be creating seasonal farm to table menus using the freshest local ingredients and enhanced techniques at one of the regions top rated restaurants. Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Interpersonal skills and open-mindedness are important as are cooking experience and skills.

Frogs Leap Public House will be open from 11:30 to 7 on Christmas Eve and run this holiday menu all day. We will be open New Years Eve from 5-9 and have this full menu as well as a special Pre Fixe Menu with a Champagne Toast and optional wine pairings. We have some very special dishes we will only offer until New Years. 5 Spice Seared Foie Gras with Eggnog French Toast and Pistachio Chutney & Apricot Ginger Chutney, King Crab Cocktail with Wasabi, Daikon Sprouts & Crystallized Ginger Vinaigrette or American Kobe Beef Carpaccio to name a few.
