Melange Of The Mountains 2015
Come to Waynesville for this springtime culinary gala. FLPH will not be participating this year due to the fact that we are too busy trying to get our new shop, Montgomery Street Market-Seafood Shop, Butcher, Smokehouse & Specialty Shop open for season. We hope to return in the future and that you will come see what FLPH was a winner in previous years. We know the other great restaurants and artisans in Haywood County will make this a great event again. FLPH will have a fresh, local, exciting spring menu for you to try when you are in town. In hopeful recognition of the approaching spring season, we are starting a series of entree salads on our lunch menu tomorrow. Come try Olive Oil Poached Tuna/Hard Boiled Farm Egg/Saffron Poached Fingerling Potatoes/Capers/Tomatoes/Thin Beans/Dilly Beans/Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette (picture pending).
