Spring Sparkler Wine Dinner Dishes. Thanks to all our great friends who came to this dinner, we had a great time cooking and hope you enjoyed the evening. We are planning the next feature dinner for August and are creating a 5 course dinner in which each course will recreate a dish we had in each of the cities we just visited, Seminyak, Ubud, Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Saigon paired with wines and signature cocktails we want to share from our trip. We will release the date in the coming weeks.

Congrats to our wonderful staff and many thanks to our fans who helped us earn a spot in the Trip Advisor Hall Of Fame for the second year in a row. Spring is here and we have our first delivery from Willow Springs, our favorite local farmer, coming soon. That means a new menu hopefully next Friday with ramps, white asparagus, spring greens, chives, chickweed, lemon thyme, and more. We are excited to enter another season with our great staff who have earned the top spot on open table today for best restaurant, best food and best service.
